The Positive Tensioning System:

Loosen the 4 small Velcro® tabs (attached to the blue piece) and secure to the center of the black brace.

Wrap the large Velcro® thigh and calf tabs (attached to the black part of the brace) around the knee and fasten.

Grab the small tabs opposite each other, pull and fasten to the black part of the brace. Repeat with the remaining two small tabs.
