1. Are these first-rate goods?
Yes, all items are saleable goods in original packaging from the manufacturer. We do not sell seconds or used goods.

2. Are these items in stock?
Yes, all items offered for sale are in stock and ready to ship.

3. Is freight included in the price?
No. Please contact us for a freight quote.

4. Do you charge a shipping and handling fee?
No.

5. How do these products ship?
By your preferred carrier.

6. How long does it take to get my order?
It depends upon the carrier and method you have chosen.

7. Do you sell to end-users?
No. Unimed-Midwest is a distributor that sells to resellers. If you are representing a reseller, you will be required to provide your tax-exempt reseller certificate before proceeding with your order. If you are an end-user, you will be referred to the appropriate reseller client of Unimed-Midwest.

9. What payment methods can I use?
If you are a current client of Unimed-Midwest, you may pay by your current method. If you are a new reseller client to Unimed-Midwest, your first order must be paid with a major credit card (MasterCard, VISA or American Express).

10. How long is a product listed on DealWorld?
For closeout products, the item will be listed until it is sold out. For overstock products, items may be taken off of DealWorld at Unimed-Midwest's discretion.

11. When can I order / what are your hours?
8:00 am - 5:30 pm Central Time

12. Can I buy in less than one case?
No. In order to give you the best DealWorld price, we require that customers purchase in case quantities.

13. Can I return merchandise I buy from DealWorld?
No. Because these items are closeouts, they are non-returnable.

14. What if my merchandise arrives damaged?
Contact us immediately at 800-347-9023 and we will do our best to resolve the situation to your satisfaction.

15. Can I get the DealWorld price after a product is no longer listed?
No. The product is either no longer available or circumstances have changed which affect the price.
